NBK is looking for a full-time Forklift Truck Talent!

NBK is looking for a full-time logistics talent who would like to strengthen our young and mainly dynamic team. As forklift truck talent you will get full control over your own forklift and together with your team, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and the warehousing and issuing the flow of goods in our warehouses.

Who are we? NBK was founded in 1919 and is a young, mainly dynamic logistical service provider from the Rotterdam harbor. NBK is specialized in transporting and warehousing dangerous goods and excise goods. We do this all in-house!

Next to logistical services, we also offer additional services such as filling in customs declarations, fiscal representation and we provide training regarding dangerous goods, customs, fiscal and intellectual property. Our main goal is to unburden the logistical questions of our customers. Together with you we would like to face this challenge every single day!

What will you do?

• You will be working in a young, fun and dynamic team with education opportunities;
• You will act as the link between truckdrivers and our forwarders and you will be responsible for the flow of goods in and out of our warehouses;
• You ensure that sea containers and trailers are loaded and unloaded correctly, both with the forklift as by hand;
• You ensure that the in-and out-flow, checks, packaging and collecting of the goods is performed correctly;
• You ensure that the warehouses are clean and tidy;
• At NBK we work in two shifts; One week from 7:30 till 16:30, and the other week from 8:30 till 17:30.

What do we expect from you?

• You take action and work well in a team;
• You are flexible! We try our best not to do overtime, but sometimes this is inevitable. Meaning at sometimes overtime may be necessary;
• You fluently speak the Dutch language and have an eye for detail. This is crucial to ensure the safety and quality of our warehouses;
• You have experience with driving a forklift truck. A (Valid) forklift truck certificate is a pre;
• You wish to develop yourself.
